This guarantee applies to opened or used products.
You've 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, even if you've opened or used the product. This applies whether you've ordered a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month supply.
Eligibility:

Only one-time refunds per product per household.

The empty or partially used bottle(s) must be returned.

A maximum of 2 returns per calendar year is allowed per customer (including both money-back and regular returns).

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.

Prepaid return labels are not provided.
