30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee applies to opened or used products.

You've 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, even if you've opened or used the product. This applies whether you've ordered a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month supply.

Eligibility:

  • Only one-time refunds per product per household.

  • The empty or partially used bottle(s) must be returned.

  • A maximum of 2 returns per calendar year is allowed per customer (including both money-back and regular returns).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.

  • Prepaid return labels are not provided.

This applies to unopened and sealed products only.

You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • Item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Up to 2 returns per calendar year allowed (including both opened and unopened returns).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

To start your return or refund request, email us at

"Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]"

Please include:

  • Full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if opened/used or damaged)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with the return instructions and address.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
