Nutra Wellix Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nutra Wellix, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible. Your experience matters to us, and we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure the timely handling and delivery of every package.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

All orders are fulfilled through our official logistics partner, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional shipping operations. Once your order is packed and labeled, it is transferred to the shipping carrier for final delivery.

Please note: Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location or carrier workload.

If your package is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to an invalid address or customer error, shipping costs are non-refundable, and a refund will only be issued once the product is returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • International deliveries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Nutra Wellix.

  • Standard international shipping may take up to 14 business days, while express shipping may take up to 5 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We currently do not ship to the following countries due to carrier or customs restrictions:
Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Somalia, Yemen

Ingredient Restrictions

Please be advised that certain countries restrict the import of specific supplement ingredients. Nutra Wellix products may include ingredients such as Yohimbine or Melatonin, which are restricted in some regions.

We strongly recommend that international customers contact their local customs agency to confirm which ingredients are permitted before placing an order. If a package is seized by customs or returned due to import restrictions, refunds will not be issued unless:

  • The product is returned to our warehouse in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • All items are unopened and in their original packaging.
