Shipping Policy
Complimentary U.S. shipping on Ignite Passion orders.
U.S. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays,
weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside
our control may affect delivery times.
International Shipping
Nutra Wellix currently ships Ignite Passion within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time. We are reviewing
international availability based on local import requirements and regulatory
requirements applicable to dietary supplements and the ingredients in
Ignite Passion.
We will update this policy as additional destinations become available.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it,
contact support@nutrawellix.com within 7 days and we will investigate with
the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address will
be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Any applicable
shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
